A 1911 Dutch Colonial in Rosedale, renovated for a client who wanted age and patina rather than anything that felt new. Venetian plaster by Jeanne Shemilt wraps the rooms, the living room mantel is clad in Formafantasma's volcanic ash-glazed tile, and a deep clay soaking tub anchors the primary bath. Vintage finds and custom pieces carry the house from room to room.
